Discover your inner chocovorus! Come learn about how chocolate is made and the intricacies of fine flavor cacao. Taste six dark chocolates in a guided, blind sampling. The types of chocolate will be revealed at the end. We will sample a range of different chocolates and explore chocolate's many flavor nuances.
Chocolate samples, tasting sheets and guides, flavor wheels, and palette cleansers will be provided. Bring a pencil, reading glasses if you need them, an open mind, and a semi-empty belly. Kindly refrain from using perfume or cologne. Wearing brown is encouraged.
